CLIENT ASSESSMENT 

I will schedule an appointment with you for an initial consultation.  The purpose of the consultation is to determine your food likes/dislikes, goals, and any dietary specifications or special needs. Using the results of the assessment, I will develop suggested menus that reflect your preferences.  After you have approved the menus, we will schedule your first cook date.

COOK DATE

On the cook date, I will shop for the freshest available ingredients and bring them to your home, toting my own pots, pans, and cooking utensils.  I will prepare your customized meals in the safety of your own kitchen, package and label the meals, and leave you instructions on how to heat the meals so you may enjoy them at your own convenience.  I will then clean your kitchen, leaving nothing behind except the aroma of home cooked meals wafting through your house!

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

Payment for services is due five days before your scheduled cook date.  I accept cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard.  If you need to cancel your cook date, please notify me three business days prior to your scheduled cook date in order to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
