After several years as a commercial insurance broker, I decided to follow my passion for cooking and food by enrolling in the culinary arts program at L'academie de Cuisine, the premier culinary school in the Washington DC area.  After graduating with honors, I went on to work at La Chaumiere and Central Michel Richard, two of Washington DC's finest restaurants.  Combining classic French techniques with a modern approach, I believe in using the freshest ingredients to create a delicious and healthy meal. 

Growing up in Savannah, Georgia I learned from an early age that food is often the centerpiece of a family gathering.  Many of my fondest memories are of my family eating dinner together at the kitchen table.  My service aims to bring families back to the table.
